The Network of International Christian Schools / Oasis International Schools (NICS/Oasis) takes its responsibility to protect and nurture children seriously, creating a safe and positive environment in which to grow.
The protection of children is the responsibility of every adult within NICS/Oasis. We expect staff to conduct themselves with utmost integrity and professionalism at all times. Working together we can create a safe, positive and nurturing environment for children, protecting and safeguarding them to the highest standards possible. Supportive nurture is always to be guided by biblical standards of morality, ethics, and prudence.
There is no intent, in any way, to usurp a parents’ role as primary caregiver and guardian of their children. However, the responsibility of the parent, as well as the organization, is to provide a safe and secure environment for all children in our care.
